We process the messages you send, Ethan’s replies, language and conversation preferences, an anonymous session identifier, subscription status, and limited technical data needed for security and reliability. TikTok campaign parameters may be recorded so we can understand which experience brought you here.

Do not send passwords, payment-card details, precise addresses, government identifiers, intimate images, or other highly sensitive information.

Data is used to deliver the conversation, preserve useful context when you allow memory, enforce age and safety rules, prevent abuse, maintain subscriptions, and understand anonymous product performance. We do not sell personal conversation data.

Messages may be sent to our AI and safety providers to generate and check replies. Requests are configured not to use provider application-state storage where supported. Ethan is a fictional AI character and can make mistakes.

A guest conversation is attached to a signed browser session. Long-term conversation memory is opt-in and is limited to useful details such as your preferred name and interaction preferences. Safety, medical, financial, legal, or intimate disclosures are not turned into relationship memories. Operational records are kept only as long as needed for the service, security, legal obligations, and dispute handling.

You may continue without long-term memory, leave at any time, or delete the current conversation from Conversation settings without removing paid access. A separate control deletes your conversations, story memory, recovery key, and service profile when no active billing or paid-access retention obligation prevents it. Limited de-linked analytics and billing, dispute, or anti-fraud records may be retained where legally necessary. Where applicable, you may also request access, correction, restriction, portability, or deletion of personal data and object to certain processing.

A payment provider processes checkout and billing details; the chat does not store full card numbers. If you create an account-less recovery key, the readable key is shown once and only a keyed digest is retained. Service providers may process data in other countries under contractual and legal safeguards. The exact payment provider and its notice will be displayed before checkout.

This experience is only for people aged 18 or older. If we learn that a session belongs to a minor, romantic interaction is stopped and associated data may be removed.
